Who doesn’t crave ice cream in the winter? Just because it’s cold outside, doesn’t mean that I don’t have the heat cranked up to at least 75 degrees, all while wearing my cozy pants, sitting under my heated blanket. It’s the perfect time for ice cream!
Little Man Ice Cream, located in North Denver’s LoHi area (right smack next to Linger), is about creating great hand made flavors. They source the best local ingredients they can find all while making a difference with their Scoop for Scoop donations.
Little Man was actually the second stop on our Denver Dessert Crawl. Yes, after devouring several desserts at Linger, we headed next door to top it off with a scoop of ice cream (or two). Nothing like finishing off a little dessert with some dessert.
Jenny’s Scoop – I enjoyed the Grapefruit Margarita – tart, yet nicely refreshing – oh and a hint of tequila never hurts meld sour and salty flavors.
Tracy’s Scoop – I went traditional and had a scoop or Strawberry ice cream in a gigantic waffle cone [see picture above].
We rarely get to enjoy dessert in person since we live in different states, so we had to capture the moment, of course! See how happy eating Little Man Ice Cream makes you?
