Grab your little milk box and head to Big Fat Cupcake in Denver’s Cherry Creek North. Seriously, I had not had a box of milk since 5th grade, packed nicely along side of my goober grape pb&j and fruit snacks. BFC insisted I have one, I obliged. I was a happy little school girl.
BFC’s Coco Loco was shouting, no, SCREAMING my name when I walked in. Look at the mountain of vanilla bean cream cheese frosting, I wanted to climb it. And climb it I did.
A gorgeous over-sized cupcake created with coconut milk and coconut shavings, topped with a mound of tangy cream cheese frosting, and a fresh dusting of coconut. One BIG FAT delicious coconut-y cake when paired with your sippy cup of milk. A+

Mmmmm….coconut. As yummy as it is healthy.
Big Fat Cupcake is my favorite Denver cupcake bakery! They are amazing. Kathleen, the owner, is a wonderful woman too! Their best cupcake flavor, in my opinion, is the Nutella-filled banana cupcake with peanut butter frosting. It is sinful! I actually haven’t had a Big Fat Cupcake that I didn’t like yet.
Oh my! That looks absolutely divine!!!! I want one!
