First Class desserts at the Edge {Denver}

You know that from the moment you step out of your car and the valet calls you “Mrs Ford” (or whatever your last name is, that would be weird if they called everyone “Mrs Ford”, just cuz) at the Four Seasons Denver, you’re going to be treated like royalty.  There’s just a vibe; maybe they pump it through the vents like Vegas does oxygen?

And there is no exception to this rule when you visit the Four Season’s restaurant, EDGE, either.  Desserts that have you packing your Louis Vuitton luggage and enjoying a first class trip to Yums-Ville.  (It’s a real place, you know)

When you’ve unpacked and settled in, you absolutely MUST order the Chocolate Tasting, it’s like a flight for chocolate lovers.  Sink your teeth into an ooey gooey Molten Cake, Death By Chocolate Cup Cake Ice Cream (thankfully, I survived it), the Infinite Chocolate Sandwich (tangerine sherbet & tipsy raspberries), and oh my favorite of the quatro – the Ibarra Chocolate Pot du Creme with Salted Caramel Foam.  I don’t kid about things like this.  That creamy, sweet creme with the hint of salted caramel made my plane crash, but in a good way.

The whole thing sent me over the {chocolate} EDGE….(sorry, couldn’t resist)

Like what you see?  Show them some sugar…

I just discovered salted caramel. To say it changed my life would be an overstatement, but not much of one.
