Peach Crumble is not only easy, but so delicious in that “you spent hours baking this didn’t you??” kinda way. Add a scoop of your favorite Vanilla Bean ice cream or whipped cream and you’ve got the perfect summer evening.

Peach Crumble Recipe
- ¼ cups flour
- 1 cup oats, rolled (raw)
- 8 peaches
- ¼ cups brown sugar
- 8 tbs butter, softened
- 2 tbs sugar
- 2 tbs flour
Peel peaches and cut into wedges. Toss with flour and sugar and pour into a buttered 8 inch square or round oven-safe baking dish.
- Use your hands to combine butter, oats, brown sugar and flour. Crumble over the top of the peaches.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
