Gluten Free Macaroons from Adagio Bakery
6 C Sweetened Coconut Flakes
1 Can Condensed milk(14 oz)
2/3 C Gluten free flour
Extras: Any add-ins(ie nuts, cranberries, etc)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl including any add-ins; the flour can be left out, but it helps keep the shape of the macaroon. We have been making our macaroons with chopped smoked almonds. Once the ingredients have been mixed together, scoop out using a 1-3 ounce scoop; we typically use a 2 oz scoop.
Bake at 275 for convection oven, 325 for convential oven, usually 10-15 minutes until lightly browned on top.
