Lindsey Muth, Eugene, OR
An unskilled crafter, super enthusiastic baker, and lover of bottomless coffee drinks on sunny weekend mornings.  Lindsey works as a marketer by day and fills every other spare second of her life happily playing mom to her two beautiful kids: Otto (blonde) and Loretta (bald) with the help of her future-math-doctor husband, Rob. She blogs about mommy stuff over atwww.otandet.com .
With a recent move into a beautiful 100 year old home in Eugene, OR, Lindsey looks forward to filling her huge country kitchen with the smells of baked goods a’bakin. She has been told her pie crust is the flakiest anyone’s ever tasted (shhhhh, it’s the Joy of Cooking recipe).
A Golden Girl at heart, if Lindsey were a dessert she would be an enormous slice of crumble-topped rhubarb pie (hold the strawberries) piping hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream right on top and a cup of coffee on the side… or a great big slice of ultra rich cheesecake with shortbread crust.
