I LOVE STRAWBERRY CAKE! Yes I do. I love Strawberries, How bout you?!  I have it every year for my birthday! EVERY YEAR! Oh and it has to be PINK or RED! No white cake with strawberry frosting or filling, nope, no way! And my birthday is in July, so I’m thinking this year, I’ll be having Strawberry Cake Twice! Once for my birthday and again for the 4th of July. The Simply Delicious Amish Cooking Cookbook is sharing with us one of their yummiest RED cakes for the 4th and I’m thinking a few blueberries hidden in the cake layers would make this one a huge hit for any Independence Day Party! What do you think?
