I know you’re trying to get through the holidays, but I also know that even though you’re getting ready to throw that Christmas ham into the oven – you’re also sending out invitations to your Beyond Amazing NYE bash.
Add just one more thing to that list of things to do – “make the Berries & Bubbles Cocktail for my Beyond Amazing guests”. And then add “Practice bow” because you know you’ll be receiving a standing ovation for it.

Berries & Bubbles from Ocean Prime
Ingredients:
1¼ oz. Belvedere Citrus
¾ oz. Crème de Cassis
1½ oz. House made sour (you can use sour mix purchased at the store)
1 oz. Domaine Chandon Brut
1 piece of dry ice
Procedures:
1) Combine Belvedere Citrus, Crème de Cassis and sour in mixing tin.
2) Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into chilled martini glass containing a spoonful of marinated berries and a piece of dry ice.
3) Finish cocktail with Domaine Chandon Brut float.
