Bunnery Chocolate Pancakes

Lately I’ve become obsessed with making pancakes. Not the typical buttermilk pancakes though, no I’m talking about gourmet pancakes. Pumpkin, caramel apple, and cake batter pancakes  to name a  few. I blame this partly on my older brother (who is an accomplished maker of pancakes) and partly on Pinterest, for having so many drool worthy pancake “pins”. So I was more than ecstatic when I received a package in the mail only to discover it contained a couple packages of pancake mixes.

The Bunnery Bakery & Restaurant, located in Jackson Hole Wyoming, is a blacksmith shop turned bakery that  uses only the finest and freshest of ingredients to provide the most wholesome and nutritious foods possible. This stuff is all natural, baby! Normally I tend to steer clear of pancake mixes as I find them to not live up to my taste standards, but not this stuff, this provides the taste I’m looking for and the added bonus of being good for you. Score! While the 2 mixes I got to try were both delicious, majority vote by the others I graciously made pancakes for, agreed with me recommending the double chocolate pancake & waffle mix. Made with oats, sunflower seeds, and millet that not only add a wonderful flavor & body to the pancake  but it’s healthy chocolate you just can’t go wrong with. All Bunnery products are available for purchase in store and online for your convenience.
