Caramel Brownie Gems {Recipe}

Brownies + Caramel = my giant weakness.

You know we’re having fun with Frosting Creations from Duncan Hines, like mixing them up into frosting and then eating it with a spoon making really fancy schmancy recipes and then dropping them off at police stations.

They’re sharing a delicious recipe with us, which will have your a lucky public servant’s mouth watering – Caramel Brownie Gems, using their Frosting Creations Caramel Frosting.  Use the mini muffin pans so you’ll have more to cram in your pie hole  give away to your local service men, like I did. #shiningmyhalo

Caramel Brownie Gems

Servings: Makes about 36 brownie gems

Description:

Bite-sized chewy fudge brownies topped with caramel frosting and chocolate-covered toffee bits are most certainly

gems.

Ingredients

1 pkg. Duncan Hines® Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix

2 large eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

¼ cup water

1¼ cups chocolate-covered toffee bits, divided

1 can Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Frosting Starter

1 packet Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Caramel Flavor Mix

Baking Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a mini-muffin pan with cooking spray.

2. Prepare brownie batter as directed on package. Mix 1 cup of toffee bits into batter.

3. Spoon brownie batter into muffin tin, filling about two-thirds full.

4. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool completely.
