Caramel Mocha Floats {Recipe}

Combining my afternoon cravings together makes me quite joyous – afternoon coffee and a special treat .  It makes me feel the need to run my hallways, jump up, and click my heels together.  I kid you not, just ask my hubs he’ll probably just shake his head in pure embarrassment.

PS…I used Brown & Jenkins Autumn Spice coffee for this one, but you can use whatever you have in your pot that day.  Though I do highly recommend B&J Coffee too!

Caramel Mocha Floats

Makes 1

1 T caramel syrup

6 oz room temp coffee, could be whatever is left from that morning’s pot

Scoop, or two, Milk Chocolate Gelato.  I used this kind

Whipped Topping

Extra Caramel & Chocolate Sauce for garnish

Pour caramel syrup and coffee into a glass, give it a little swirl to mix the flavors.  Scoop gelato on top, to your liking – it will become a little foamy on top.  Cover in whipped topping, extra caramel and chocolate sauce.

You could even top with chocolate sprinkles or cookie crumbs if you so choose.  It’s your float, make it how you want to.
