Summer’s almost over, although it’s pretty much blazing hot here on the West Coast, so I’m still looking for yummy and refreshing cocktail recipes that I can enjoy by the pool. Coppola wine has taken their wide array of wines and crafted together a few recipes perfect for the summer! I love it too because they’ve taken a childhood favorite of the snowcone and made an adult version. What’s great about this is while the kiddos are running around you can make a refreshing treat for them and then “mommy/daddy-it-up” for your own versions!
I absolutely loved the refreshing taste of this wine inspired summer treat over something that may have had a harder alcohol in it. It was sweet and delicious perfect for an evening outdoors and today Coppola wine is sharing their recipe with us too!

Chardonnay Pink Grapefruit:
2 ounces Gold Label Diamond Chardonnay
.5 ounces Skylite Pink Grapefruit Syrup
8 ounces crushed ice
Pour ingredients over crushed ice and enjoy!
