Ciao Bella Peach Ginger Margarita

I made this Ciao Bella Peach Ginger Margarita recipe on a Friday evening (at 4ish – close enough) after a loooong day and I’m telling you it perked me right up.  I was instantly transported Star Trek style to a kid-free sunny patio with laughter all around me.  Obviously I am a compulsive liar, but it made dealing with life around me a little sweeter.

Two variations for this recipe exist because I was fresh out of tequila, after a body shot rampage the night before (kidding…or am I?).  I did however have a bottle of Skinny Girl Margarita on hand which I used in place of the other ingredients, so I’m sharing two variations on this recipe.

Ciao Bella Peach Ginger Margarita

1/2 pint Ciao Bella Peach Ginger Sorbet

1/2 Pint Ciao Bella Lemon Zest Sorbet

1/2 c Lime Juice

1 c. Tequila (white or golden)

1/4 c Cointreau

Ice Cubes

Salt for rim (optional)

Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth (Add ice as needed)

Ciao Bella/Skinny Girl Peach Ginger Margarita

1/2 pint Ciao Bella Peach Ginger Sorbet

1/2 pint Ciao Bella Lemon Zest Sorbet

1 1/2 c Skinny Girl Margarita (or to your liking)

Ice Cubes

Salt for Rim (optional)

Place all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth.  (Add ice as needed)

Prepare to enter the gates of heaven…
