Chocolate Bundt Cake at Corner Bakery Cafe {Everywhere}

Corner Bakery might not seem like the first place you would stop for dessert. I normally prefer local bakeries to chains, but there’s a reason this place has staying power. Warm service and a huge menu, which means even picky eaters will find something yummy to eat. With plenty of desserts in a case by the register to tempt me, it was hard to pick a few to try. Of all the desserts I sampled, the chocolate bundt cake was my favorite.

Mini Chocolate Bundt Cakes from Corner Bakery

A very moist cake had deep chocolate flavor and would have been delicious on its own. A generous drizzle of fudgy chocolate sauce put this dessert over the top. Luckily they serve mini bundt cakes, to serve as portion control! These are too good to share.
