CC’s Gourmet Chocolate Chip Cookies were a crowd pleaser over here. In fact so much that my husband accessorized the bag on his hand, like a glove, until they were gone.
These chocolatey chippy mini cookies are perfect to eat alone (as my husband proved), but because they’re so crispy I kept thinking of millions of things to add them to – top your ice cream, add your favorite ice cream to make mini ice cream sandies, add them to a shake, dip them in hazelnut spread – the list could go on and on.
