Desserts at Adagio Bakery {Denver}

Walk into this quaint little Denver Park Hill neighborhood bakery and you’ll find a crowd of people chomping the handmade artisan sandwiches, guzzling boba beverages, and snacking on delicious sweet treats; all deliciously made from scratch.  I couldn’t decide on which treat would become my guilty pleasure du jour, so in true Jenny form, I tried everything I could get my hands on.  Which equated to lemon, passionfruit and key lime bars, and soft baked cookies. 

My favorite little temptress was this Coconut Macaron drizzled in chocolate.  An unmistakeably fresh and chewy texture, the outer layer of fresh coconut toasted perfectly by the oven.  And I swear I experienced a huge burst of vanilla as I sank my teeth into it.  I’ve now found myself a new tradition – every time I head downtown for any sort of appointment I will be stopping in for one {dozen} of these babies.
