His: DRAMBUIE® Macchiato
In a mixing tin half-filled with ice, add:
1 oz. DRAMBUIE®
1 oz. Scotch Whisky
1 oz. Espresso
Shake until tin is frosted, strain into a double espresso cup on saucer.
In a mixing tin, add:
¼ oz. Half-and-Half
Shake to froth, layer down center of drink.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
Hers: DRAMBUIE® Cappuccino Martini
In a mixing tin half-filled with ice, add:
½ oz. DRAMBUIE®
1 oz. Vanilla Vodka
½ oz. Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz. Espresso
Shake until tin is frosted, add: 1 oz. Milk
Swirl to chill, strain into a cocoa-rimmed martini glass.
Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
