Rigoni di Asiago organic spreads are divine. Prepared exclusively from organic fruit and sweetened only with DolceDi apple-juice, these preserves are excellent spread on bread, used as a dessert topping or cake filling, or added to smoothies, ice cream and yogurt.

The preserves are made using a process called “low temperature cooking” to maintain the vitamins, minerals and aroma of the fruit.

You cannot go wrong with any of the flavors (or with the amazing hazelnut spread or honey, either). Me? I loved the fig spread. I served it on crostini, with some fresh ricotta and thinly sliced prosciutto di Parma.
