One of the easiest, and quickest recipes ever {Recipe}

You’ve seen them before, you take a pretzel, melt a Rolo over it and smack an M&M on top, right?  Ya, that’s pretty easy, but of course I cannot go with the status quo, I have to spin it somehow.  I went all crazy and added a marshmallow.  The thought of these little treats without a marshmallow made me really sad.  So I did it.  I added them on top and then baked them. I’m a genius, right?!  (or just obvious?)

The thing I love about these is that you can make 1 if you’re just needing a chocolate/salt fix, or if you’re really ravenous, or feeding the masses, you can go with the entire bag of pretzels.  Eat them all, and you instantly hide the evidence. Win/Win.  (Except that little bit of chocolate in the corner of your mouth.  For the love of all things clean, go wipe that off.)

Sugar Loco’s Holiday Rolo Pretzel Bites

1 pkg pretzels – preferably square

1 bag Rolos – unwrapped

1 pkg marshmallows

1 pkg M&M’s

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.  Place pretzels on a baking sheet lined with parchment, evenly spaced apart.  Place one unwrapped Rolo and one marshmallow on top of each pretzel.  Carefully place in the oven and set the timer for 5 minutes.  You’ll need to watch them, the marshmallows can roll off easily when they start to plump.  Place them back on if they do.  At about minute 4 sink an M&M into the marshmallow, securing it so it all stays together.  Close the oven for one more minute.

For a little extra oomp, try toasting them under the broiler for about 30 seconds.

Cool on the counter or in the fridge.
