Panna Cotta from The Kitchen [NEXT DOOR]

I met you at the bottom of the Boulder Flatirons.  It was you…and me and it was love at first site.  You were the one in the small cup, I in my fanciest of fancies (shorts and a tee)…The Pana Cotta at The Kitchen [NEXT DOOR].   Remember that quaint little table for 6 on the patio with the amazing view?  No? It’s because we only had eyes for each other.  And then I devoured you, in a few fatal swoops of my spoon…gone in an instant.

I want you to come back to me, Panna Cotta all topped with crunchy (yet chewy) meringue and fresh sweet strawberries.  You were the absolute perfect flavor combination and texture.  Come back to me.  I promise I’ll go slower this time.  Swearsies.

Seriously, even though I am having a major love affair with the Panna Cotta, The Kitchen [NEXT DOOR] has an amazing mission, which makes their fare even sweeter – Farm-to-Table philosophy where you can eat fresh food at a lower price (everything is under $9).  What’s even better than that?  $2 from every kids meal purchased is donated to help plant gardens in local schools.  Sweet, Sweet Karma.

Like what you see?  Show them some sugar…
