Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pizza Recipe by Rose

I love it that my little Rose (10 years old) is following in my sweet, sugary footsteps.  She’s quite the little pastry chef, which makes me beam with pride.

So when she started scheming this little Hazelnut spread pizza, I gave her reign over the oven…Go at it my little princess!

Rose’s Reeses Pizza

( makes 1 pizza, serves 8 )

Refrigerated Pie Crust

1/2 cup (or more) Hazelnut Spread

8 large Peanut Butter Cups – chopped or broken into pieces

1/4 cup Peanut Butter

Whipped topping (optional)

In a spring form pan, roll out pie crust, stab with fork several times, bake according to package instructions.  Once out of the oven and cool, smear the hazelnut spread over the entire pizza, leaving a small crust clean at the edges.  Top evenly with Peanut Butter cups – using as much or as little as you prefer.

Melt peanut butter in a microwave safe container, in 30 second increments, until runny.  (this should be obvious – IT WILL BE HOT).  Pour peanut butter over pizza in a nice fashion to top it off.

Dollop with whipped topping, if you dare.

Enjoy a slice or all eight.

This looks fantastically fun and I bet my college aged kiddo’s will be excited about low impact baking! Thanks.. I’m passing it along to them.

What a great idea! I’m always impressed when someone comes up with a new and fantastic combination of ingredients.

I’d have to modify this one with sunflower-seed butter, etc, but I bet it would be just as yummy!

    Cheers to you, Rose!
