Do you all remember making your own popsicles in the summer? Whether you were all fancy-shmancy with the actual Popsicle mold or if you made them with red cups and Popsicle sticks, the end result is a refreshing frozen pop perfect for any age!
Today, Sparkling ICE is sharing with us their recipe for delicious popsicles and I know you are going to love them. As a naturally flavored sparkling water, there is no added sugar, no calories, is Gluten Free and an excellent soda or juice alternative. Sparkling ICE also contains B-Vitamins, Vitamin D and antioxidants, along with a caffeine-free Green Tea Extract, which is known to have powerful levels of antioxidants. So while you’re kiddos are sucking down the pops, Popsicle that is, you can be happy knowing they are nutritious too!
Sparkling ICE Pops
Ice Cube Tray (or your favorite ice pop making molds)
Toothpicks or popsicle sticks
I bottle Black Raspberry Sparkling ICE
1 container of fresh raspberries, chopped
Fill you trays or molds with Sparkling ICE, topping each with a scoop of chopped raspberries. If using ice cube trays cover tray tightly with tin foil.. Poke a popsicle stick through the foil into each cube. If using an ice pop maker place the handle sticks into the molds. Place in the freezer for about 2 hours or until frozen. This recipe works with any of your favorite Sparkling ICE flavors and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
