Nougat Passion is the creation of Antonio and Alzira Quaranta, who have been making homemade nougat treats in their family owned business located in Caravaggio, Italy since the early 1920’s. Quaranta products are now being distributed by Ferina Gourmet Imports.
Nougat Passion Bar Fruit Cream
Nougat Passion and Sofficiona products are flavored gluten-free soft nougat bars, with the exception of Sofficiona which are slices of nougat cake. The soft nougat is made in a wide variety of flavors such as, Amaretto, Exotic Fruit, Dark Chocolate, Almond and Hazelnuts, Coffee, and Mascarpone just to name a few.
My favorite is the Raspberries & Pure Dark Chocolate…the combination of nougat, dark chocolate and raspberries are truly decadent!
