Tate’s Bake Shop Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

I’m giving away the big surprise of “which one is her favorite”, right up front.  I like to throw you off from time to time.  Yep, though I received a boat-load of Tate’s Bake Shop deliciously crisp cookies (flavors including Chocolate Chip and White Chocolate Macadamia Nut), my favorite was the Oatmeal Raisin. It’s those raisins, that hint of cinnamon combined with that crisp, buttery, caramel-ly flavor that gets me right in my heart.  There’s something so nostalgic about a good Oatmeal Raisin Cookie. 

I love Rachael Ray’s idea of turning these cookies into pie crust! (combine cookies and melted butter in a food processor)  Get OUT!
